Answer: The child is wholly responsible for his predicament because at every stage we find him wandering off after one attraction or the other inspite of repeated instructions from his mother not to do so. Initially we find him staring down in front of the wayside toy shops. And his priority is his parents but not the toys ofcourse they will interest at that age but still parents are more important than the other things.
