Area of the window pane is 13*13 = 139 ft²

Cost of replacement of one window pane is 139 * 5.86 = $814.54

Budget is $4000

Hence no of window panes replaceable is 4000/814.56 =4.910
And therefore no of panes that can be replaced is 4
