A=(1,-2),B=(-2,4)&C=(3,-6)

AB={1-(-2)}²+(-2-4)²=9+36=45

BC=(-2-3)²+{4-(-6)}²=25+100=125

CA=(3-1)²+{-6-(-2)}²=32

now the circumference will be the sum of these lengths

AB+BC+CA=45+125+32=35+55+52

=85+42
