Circumference = 132 cm
Circumference=2 X π X r
Therefore, the radius = 132 / 2π
                                    = 21 cm
                                    = 21 / 100 m
Height = 0.25 m
Volume of water it can hold = π r² h
                                               = 22 / 7 X 21 / 100 X 21 /100 X 25 / 100
                                               = 693 / 20000
                                               =0.03465 m³
1 cubic metre = 1000 l
Therefore, 0.03465m³ = 34.65 l
Therefore, volume of the vessel = 34.65 l

Hope this helps
