let the diameter is X
then, circumstance is X+135

Now, we know that

circumstance of circle=2*pie *radius
X+135 =2*3.14*X/2
X+135=3.14X
3.14X-X=135
2.14X=135
X=135/2.14
X=63.0841121495 cm

Hence,the radius is 31.54 cm

Circumference of a circle = 2πr
ATQ
2πr- 135 = d
But d = 2r
therefore ,
2πr-2r= 135
2*22/7*r -2r =135
44r/7 - 2r = 135
(44r - 14r)/7 = 135
30r/7 = 135
r= 135*7/30
r= (27*7)/6
r= 31.5 cm
