circumference=pi d
= 22/7*30 or 3.14*30
take 3.14
circumference=94.2 sq cm
circumference=2 pi r
94.2=2*3.14*r
94.2/6.28= r
15= r

otherwise simple process is
d=30 cm
r=d/2
30/2=15cm
