Let the radius be r cm .
Circumference=2πr cm .
Diameter = 2r cm .
So , 2πr - 2r = 16.8
or , 2r ( 22/7-1) = 16.8
or , 2r × 15/7 = 16.8
or, 2r = 16.8 ×7 ÷15 = 7.84
or,. r = 7.84÷2 = 3.92
So , radius of the circle= 3.92 cm .
