here is your answer !!

Let the radius be r cm.

therefore , circumference = 2*22/7*r
Diameter = 2r

ATQ ,
2r +30 = 2*22/7*r
=> 30 = 44/7r - 2r
=> 30 = (44-14)/7 r
=> 30 = 30r/7
=> 1 = r/7
=> r = 7 cm [Ans]

Area of the circle = 22/7 * r * r
= 22/7 * 7 * 7 cm^2
= 154 cm^2 [Ans]
