Step-by-step explanation:

Let diameter be= x cm

Then circumference= (x+30)cm

If diameter= x, then radius=

 \frac{x}{2}

We know,

circumference of a circe=

2\pi \: r

Or =

x + 30 = 2\pi \: r

or

x + 30 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times  \frac{x}{2}

or

x + 30 = 2 \times  \frac{11}{7}  \times x

or

x + 30 =  \frac{22}{7}x

or

30 =  \frac{22}{7} x - x

or

30 =  \frac{15}{7} x

or

x = 30 \times  \frac{7}{15}

x=14cm.

therefore raidus = 14/2= 7cm
