let diameter=X

circumference=X+33.6

c=πd

X+33.6=πx

22x/7=X+33.6

22x=7x+235.2

22x-7x=235.2

15x=235.2

X=235.2/15

X=15.68cm

r=d/2

=15.68/2

=7.84cm

area=πr^2

=22/7×(7.84)^2

=22/7(7.84)(7.84)

=22(1.12)(7.84)

=193.1576cm^2

According to the given equation,

Circumference = Diameter + 33.6

=> 2πr = 2r + 33.6

=> 2r(π-1) = 33.6

=> r = 33.6/2(π-1)

=> r = 33.6/4.28

=> r = 7.85 cm

Area of the circle = πr^2

= 3.14*(7.85)^2

= 193.49 cm^2
