Given :

Circumference of a circle exceeds the diameter by 75

Circumference of a circle = 2πr

Diameter D = 2r

According to question,

2πr = d + 75

2 πr - 2r = 75

2r (π-1 ) = 75

2 r (22/7 - 1) = 75

2r (15/7)= 75

2r= 75 x 7/15

d = 35 cm

r = 17.5
