Circumference of the circle will be x+18.
Circumference=
$\pi \times diameter$
x+18=pi × x
x+18=22/7 × x
x+18=22x/7
(x+18)×7=22x
7x+126=22x
7x=22x-126
7x-22x=-126
-15x=-126
x=126/15
=8.4cm
radius=diameter/2
=8.4/2
=4.2cm
