Hello Friend

Circumference = 2 π r
110 cm = 2 π r
r= 110/2 π

For square
side =2 r
= 2 × 110 / 2 π
a = 110/ π = 35

perimeter of square = 4 a
= 4× 35 = 140 cm.

# Hope it helps.

Answer:

The perimeter of square is 140 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : the circumference of a circle is 110 cm.

To Find:what is the perimeter of a square whose side is equal to the diameter of the circle?

Solution:

Circumference of a circle = 2 \pi r

So, 110=2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r

110 \times \frac{7}{22 \times 2}= r

5 \times \frac{7}{2}= r

17.5= r

Diameter = 2r = 2\times 17.5=35

Now we are given that the side of the square is equal to diameter .

So, Side of square = 110cm

Perimeter of square = 4 \times side = 4 \times 35=140 cm

Thus the perimeter of square is 140 cm.
