Given :

  • Circumference of Circle = 62.8 cm

 \\ \\

To Find :

  • Radius of Circle = ?

 \\ \\

SolutioN :

~ Formula Used :

  •  {\underline{\boxed{\pmb{\sf{ Circumference = 2 \pi r }}}}}

Where :

  •  {\sf{ \pi = 3.14 }}
  • r = Radius = ?
  • Circumference = 62.8 cm

 \\ \qquad{\rule{150pt}{1pt}}

~ Calculating the Radius :

 {\longmapsto{\qquad{\sf{ Circumference = 2 \pi r }}}} \\ \\ \\ \ {\longmapsto{\qquad{\sf{ 62.8 = 2 \times 3.14 \times r }}}} \\ \\ \\ \ {\longmapsto{\qquad{\sf{ 62.8 = 6.28 \times r }}}} \\ \\ \\ \ {\longmapsto{\qquad{\sf{ \dfrac{62.8}{6.28} = r }}}} \\ \\ \\ \ {\longmapsto{\qquad{\sf{ \cancel\dfrac{62.8}{6.28} = r }}}} \\ \\ \\ \ {\qquad \: \: {\therefore \: {\underline{\boxed{\red{\pmb{\frak{ Radius = 10 \: cm  }}}}}}}}

 \\ \qquad{\rule{150pt}{1pt}}

~ Therefore :

❛❛ Radius of the given circle is 10 cm . ❜❜

 \\ {\underline{\rule{300pt}{9pt}}}

Given :-

➡Circumference of circle = 62.8 cm

➡(take π=3.14)

To Find :-

➡ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Radius = ?

➡ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Area of Circle = ?

Solution Start :-

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Circumference of Circle = 2πr

62.8 cm = 2× 3.14× r

 \frac{62.8}{2 \times 3.14}  = r \\  \\  \frac{62.8}{6.28}  = r \\  \\ 10 \: cm \:  = r

Radius = 10cm

__________________________

Now, Area of Circle = πr²

Area of Circle = 3.14 × 10 × 10

Area of Circle = 314 cm

Now the answers are :-

Radius of Circle = 10 cm

Area of Circle = 314 cm²
