circumference=264m
264m=2πr
2*22/7*r=264m
r=(264*7/2*22)m
r=42m
radius of park=42m

width of road=3.5m
so,
    outer radius=42m+3.5m
                        =45.5m
now,
area of park=πr*r
                   =22/7*42m*42m
                   =5544sq metre
whole area=area of field+area of road
=πR*R
=22/7*45.5m*45.5m
=6506.5sq m

area of road=whole area-area of field
=6506.5sq m-5544sq m
=962.5sq m

cost for constructing road =rupees200* area of road
                                         =rupees200*962.5
                                         =rupees192500 answer
