The circumference of a circular plot of land is increased by 10%. What is the best estimate of the total percentage that the area of the plot increased?

Initial radius is r

Current radius is 110r/100

11r/10

Initial area = 22xr^2/7

Current radius = 22 x 11r x 11r/100

Increase in area is 121%
