circumference of circle = 2/\r
2/\r = 88
r= 88×7/44
r=7×2

r=14
h=44cm

TSA OF CYLINDER = 2/\ r(r+h)
then
2×22/7×14 ( 44+14)

88×58=5104 cm^2

Circumference of the circle is given 88cm
then it's radius will be 2πr
= 2×22/7×88
= 14cm
And , it's height is given= 44cm

Total surface area of cylinder is 2πr(r+h)
=2×22/7 × 14(14+44)
=88×58
=5104 cm².
Therefore ,it's total surface area is equals to 5104cm² .
