Given that circumference of circular path and outer region so for this both we have to find the area of path.

  • Let the radius of of the circular park be x

As we know that circumference formula:

● 2 πr = 55

● r = 55/2π

● r = 8.75 m

so,

  • Area of park = π × (8.75)² = 240.625 m²

Given Radius of the outer circular region (uniform path ) = 3.5m

● r = 8.75 + 3.5m

● r = 12.25m

outer circular region is 12.25 m

  • Area of that circular region is = A = π x (12.25)² = 471.625²

Now we have to find the area of the path

  • Area of the path = 471.625 - 240.625 = 231 m²

Hence ,Area of the path is 231 m²
