2*L + B = 30 cm

L = 2*B

2*(2*B) + B = 30 cm

4*B + B = 30 cm

5*B =30 cm

B = 30/5 cm = 6 cm

L = 2*B = 2*6 cm = 12 cm

Each equal side is 12 cm. The base is 6 cm.
