2πr=132
we solve then
r=21
now πr^2h=22/7×21×21×25
=34650
now the the water in litre can hold
=34650/1000
=34.65 L
i hope the answer will be clear

circumference of base of cylinder( circle)= 132
2πr= 132cm
2×22/7×r=132
2×22×r=132×7
r= 924/44
r= 21cm

height=25cm
volume of cylinder=π×r×r×h
22/7×21×21×25
=34650
