here , h = 12 m

circumference = 2πr = 2 × 22/7 × r

2 × 22/7 × r = 66

r = 66 × 7 / 22 × 2

r = 10.5 m

so radius of base = 10.5 m

so air it contains have the volume ,

volume = πr^2h

volume = 22/7 × 10.5 × 10.5 × 12

volume = 22 × 1.5 × 10.5 ×12

volume = 4158 cubic meter
