The circumference of the base of 24m high solid wooden cone is 44m . Find the slant height of the cone

Circumference = 44m

 \\  \sf \: 2\pi \: r = 44 \\  \\  \sf \: 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 44 \\  \\  \sf \: r =  \frac{44 \times 7}{2 \times 22}  \\  \\  \sf \: \therefore  r = 7m \\  \\

Now , slant height ( l ) is hypotenuse .

l² = 7² + 24²

l² = 49 + 576

l² = 625

 \\  \sf \therefore \: l = 25m

Slant height is 25m.
