Hey there!!

base of a cone = circle

Circle circumference of a circle = ( 2 ) π ( r )

2πr = 44

πr = 22

( 22 ÷ 7 ) r = 22

r = ( 22 ) × ( 7 ÷ 22 )

radius = 7

Height = 3 cm

Volume of a cone = ( πr²h ) ÷ 3

( π ) ( 49 ) ( 3 ) ÷ 3

( π ) ( 49 ) = volume

( 22 ÷ 7 ) ( 49 )

( 22 ) ( 7 )

Volume = 154cm³

______________

Option ( d )

 \textbf {Hey there, here is the solution.}

..............................................................................................

STEP 1: Find the diameter:

Circumference = πD

Circumference = 44 cm (Given)

πD = 44

D = 44 ÷  π

Diameter = 14 cm

..............................................................................................

STEP 2: Find the radius:

Radius = Diameter ÷ 2

Radius = 14 ÷ 2

Radius = 7 cm

..............................................................................................

STEP 3: Find the volume:

Volume = 1/3 πr²h

Volume = 1/3 π(7)²(3)

Volume = 49π

Volume = 154 cm³

..............................................................................................

Answer : (d) 154 cm³

..............................................................................................

 \textbf {Cheers}
