Circumference = 176cm
$= > 2\pi \: r = 176 \\ > r = \frac{176 \times 7}{2 \times 22} \\ = > r = 28cm.$



Volume of Cylinder
$= \pi {r}^{2}h \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 28 \times 28 \times 22 \\ = 54208 {cm}^{3} \\ = 0.54208 {m}^{3}.$
