first we find radius of cylindrical vessel 's base
i.e. 2pi.r=132cm

2 x 22/7 x r=132cm

r=21cm

now volume of vessel=pi.r^2.h
=22/7 x 21 x 21 x 25 cm^2
=34650cm^3
hence 34.640 litres water can hold it

volume of the cylinder(v) =pi*r^2*h
circumference(c) =132cm =1.32 m therefore c=2*pi*r
r=c/2*pi =21 cm=0.21m
v=22/7*0.21^2*0.25=0.0342 m^3
v=34.2 litres
