Circumference of circle = 140cm

2πr=140

2 x 22/7 x r = 140

r=(140 x 7)/(2x22)

r=70 x 7/22

r=490/22 cm

Height=20

Volume = πr^2h

=22/7 x 490/22 x 490/22 x 20

=70 x 490/11 x 10

=343000/11 = 31181.81cm^2 = 31181.81 ml

=31.18181 L = 31.18 L (approx.)
