Given,

Circumference of the base,

2 \pi r = 44

\pi r = 22

r = 22 * 7/22

'22' get cancelled out,

r = 7cm

C.S.A of a right circular cone,

= \pi * r* l

= 22/7 * 7 * 10

'7' is cancelled out,

So,

= 220 cm^2

heya dear,

here your amswer goes like this

Given,

Circumference of the base of the right circular cone = 44cm

circumference is nothing but boundary

so here the length of the boudary iz 44cm

》2 × (pi) × r = 44cm

》 2 × (22/7) × r = 44cm

》44/7 × r = 44

* by transposing (44/7) which is in LHS to RHS it will be (7/44) *

so now

r = 44 × 7/44

by canceling both numerator and denominatior

we get

r=7cm

curved surface area of cone (C.S.A) = r × pi × l

》7 × (22/7) × 10

*by canceling both numerator amd denominationr we get*

CSA =22×10

CSA =220sq.cm

i hope it helped you thanks
