circumference =2πr
so, 2πr = 220
πr=110
r=110\π
so,
L.S.A. of a cylinder =2πrh
=2 × π × 110\π × 200
= 2 × 110 × 200 cm^2
= 44000 cm ^2
so, lateral surface area of this cylinder is 44000 cm^2
wish it helps : )

abhi178: please check your answer not 44000cm^2=440m^2

circumference of right circular cylinder=2.pi.r

=> 220 cm= 2 x 22/7 x r

=> 220 =44/7 x r

=> r=220 x 7/44=35 cm

because h=2m given
hence h=200cm

lateral surface area of cylinder=2pi.r.h
=2 x 22/7 x 35 x200
=220 x 200 cm^2
=44000 cm^2

abhi178: are you understand
Rashivashist15: yes thanks
abhi178: good but this is solve by easy way can you learning that way
