Heya:
Here is your answer:
_____________________________________________________________

Circumference of circle = 4π

2πr = 4π (π gets cut with π in LHS and RHS)

2r = 4

r = 4/2 = 2

So the radius is 2 unit

We have to find area = πr²

π * 2 * 2 = 4π unit

and If you wanna put value of π the the answer will be = 3.14*4 = 12.56unit

God bless you! ^_^

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter of the circle (also known as the circumference) is 4π.

(C = 4π or 4 * 3.14 = 12.56)

The formula for the area of a circle is the following:

S = π * r^2 where r = radius of circle

First, to find r (radius) substitute in the formula for the circumference.

C = 2 * π * r

4π = 2π * r

r = 4π / 2π

r = 4 / 2

r = 2 ==> radius = 2 units

Next, plug the value of r in the formula for the area of the circle.

S = π * r^2

S = 3.14 * 2^2

S = 3.14 * 4

S = 12.56 ==> area = 12.56 or ~12.6 square units
