10 decimeter = 1m
96 km = 96000m
revolution =
 \frac{96000}{1}  \\ 96000
wheel one will take 96000 revolutions.
16 decimeter = 1.6 m
96 km = 96000 m
revolution
 \frac{96000}{1.6} \\ 60000
difference = wheel 1 revolution - wheel 2 revolution
96000 - 60000
= 36000
Therefore, the difference between two wheels is 36000
