ratio of circumference is 3:4
circumference = 2πr
( R is radius of bigger circle and r is the radius of smaller circle)
2πr/2πR= 3/4
r/R= 3/4
square both sides = (r/R)² = (3/4)²
= r²/R²= 9/16
multiply π/π to both sides
=> πr²/πR²= 9/16 ..........( π/π in RHS will cut)
area of circle = πr²
=> ratio of area is 9:16

Answer:
9:16
Step-by-step explanation:
I can give answer in short trick
Let us square the ratio terms ,that is the square of 2 is 4 and square of 3 is 9 ,so answer is 4:9
Remember that when ratio of radii of circles is given , square the ratio terms to get answer directly by a short trick. Plzzz mark as brainliest
