given that,

2πr = 88

r = 44/π

area of clock = πr²

= π × 44/π × 44/π

= 44×44/22/7

= 44×44×7/22

= 616 m²

Circumference \: of \: circular \: clock \: = 88cm \\ \\ = > 2 \: \pi \: r \: = 88 \\ = > 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r = 88 \\ \\ = > \frac{44 \times r}{7} = 88 \\ \\ = > r = \frac{88 \times 7}{44} \\ \\ = > r = 14cm \\ \\ So ,\: Radius \: of \: circular \: clock \: is \: 14cm \\ \\ Now, \: Area \: of \: circular \: clock = \pi {r }^{2} \\ \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times (14) {}^{2} \\ \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times 196 \\ \\ = > \frac{4312}{7} \\ \\ = > 616cm {}^{2}

So ,Area of circular clock is 616cm^2...
