SOLUTION:

Let the radius of the cylinder be 'r' cm.

We know that the formula of circumference of base of cylinder is :-

$\large\bf{\star \: Circumference = 2 \pi r \: \star }$

According to question:-

On putting the given values in the formula, we get

Take π = 22/7

$\rm{\mapsto 44 = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r}$

$\rm{\mapsto 44 \times 7 = 2 \times 22 \times r}$

$\rm{\mapsto 308 = 44 \times r}$

$\rm{\mapsto r = \cancel\dfrac{308}{44}}$

Now, we have to find the Volume of the cylinder

To find the volume of cylinder, we use the formula:-
