hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

circumference of the circle=132cm

2πr=132cm

2×22/7×r=132cm

44/7×r=132cm

r=132/1×7/44

r=21cm

hence, the radius of the circle is 21cm

area of the circle=πr²

=22/7×21×21

=22×3×21

=1386cm²

hope this helps...

Given -

Circumference of circle is 132 unit

To find -

The area of circle

Solution -

As we know that,

Circumference of circle = 2 \times \pi \times r

Put the given values in these formula we get

132 = 2\pi \times r

 \frac{132}{2\pi}  = r

 \frac{66}{\pi}  = r

The value of π is 3.14 .

 \frac{66}{3.14}  = r

r = 21.01

So,

Radius (r) is 21.01 unit

Area of circle = \pi {r}^{2}

Put the value of r we get

Area of circle = \pi \times  {21.01}^{2}

Square means multiply the given values with itself twice.

Square of 21.01 is 441.42

Area of circle = \pi \times 441.42

The value of π is 3.14.

Area of circle = 3.14 \times 441.42

Area of circle = 1386.05

Hence,

Area of circle is 1386.05  {unit}^{2}
