circum = 2 pi r
44m = 2 * 22/7 *r
44m/2 = 22/7 *r
22m *7 /22 =r
r =7m
 volume of cone = 1/3 pi r square h
                           = 1/3 x 22/7 x 7 x 7 x 12
                           = 88m cube
total surface area =  pi r(l + r)
 we need to find 'l' so we should use
 l = root of ( r square +  h square)
   = root of ( 7 square  + 12 squ)
   = root of ( 7056)
 l= 84 m
 now we can apply tsa formula;
  tsa = pi r (l + r)
        = 22/7 * 7 (84 + 7)
        = 1848 +  154
        = 2002 m squ

hope this helps u pzzz mark as brainlist..

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER
I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU

l^2= 144+49
√193

TSA = πr(l+r)
=22/7×7(√193+7)
= 22×(√193+7)
