For the cylinder with radius r and height h,
the base of a cylinder is circular and
circumference of a circle=πr^2
∴πr^2=132..........[1]
Height of the cylinder = 10/3
                                 h=10/3
Volume of cylinder = πr^2h
                              =132*10/3
                              =44*10
                  volume=440cm^3
