The various circumstances that lead to the outbreak of french revolution are -

1. A wide gap that developed between the people and the monarchy .
2. The uncaring attitude of the king towards the people of his kingdom and what was happening to them.
3. Non - introduction of various beneficial reforms in the political system for the people, from time to time.
4. The irresponsible and wasteful behavior of the ministers.

Hence, all these circumstances led to the decline in the political system which then became the major reason for the outbreak.
