First we fill find the value of r (radius)
using the formula of circumference of circle because volume of cylinder is πr²h and we need r whereas we have h as 25 cm (given).
So,
As we know,
circumference of circle = 2π r
132cm (given) = 2×22/7×r
132×7 =2×22×r
132×7/2×22 = r
Solving ...we get...
21 =r
so, we got that r = 21cm
Now,
we will put the value of r in formula of volume of cylinder to get our answer.
As we also know,
volume of cylinder = πr²h [π=22/7]
= 22/7 × 21² × 25
=22/7 × 21× 21× 25
= 34650 cm³
therefore, the volume of cyclinder of base circumference 132 cm and height 25 cm is 34650cm³
