places like Red Fort and Jama Masjid on one hand, India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan on the other
hand, it is a city worth visiting. You happened to go around the city last month. Write a description of the city in 100-150 words.​

Delhi is my city. This is the capital of India. This is a big and beautiful city. It is situated on the right side of the river Jamuna.

Every kind of people live here. It has been divided into New Delhi and Old Delhi. It is famous for many things. Jama Masjid, Gurudwara Sis Ganj and Birla Temple are its important holy places!

We have business centers like Chandni Chowk, Sardar Bazar, Connaught Place and Jamal Khan Market.

Vijay Ghat, Shanti Van and Rajghat are; The most important place in Delhi. We find the Parliament House, the Red Fort, the old fort and Quttha Tower. Many foreigners, when they come to Delhi, go to these places. Traffic is very heavy. There are many tall buildings. There are schools, colleges, banks, offices, hotels, factories, markets, parks and gardens.

The city is expanding day by day. I love my city very much

Home to many monuments and places of architectural significance, the city has one of the best public transportation systems in the Indian cities.The Red Fort was built during the rule of Shahjahan, the great Mughal emperor. (A silhouette)  The Jama Masjid of Delhi is one of the biggest mosques of India. The courtyard in the picture can accommodate up to 25,000 people at a time. The Red Fort in Delhi was the creation of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, which is also turned into a museum for tourists. People from all walks of life, different cities of India live together in harmony in Delhi.
