Time stamping format used while transcribing audio files is:

[00:00:00]   

where [hour:minute:second]

so 20th minute is [00:20:00]

If the 20 - 30 minute part of an audio has to be transcribed stamping should be started at [00:20:00]

If the stamping has to be done every 2 minutes then the next stamp should be [00:22:00]
