Coca Cola has the record for keeping their Intellectual Property of the Coca Cola recipe a secret for the longest time in the world. Even's Pepsi's recipe was different and they did not exactly copy Coca Coal. However, in terms of Intellectual Property, the recipe is known as a 'Trade Secret'
This is not like a trademark, which it also has, or a Patent, which it bought out a few in the past

The answer to the question is trade secret.

A trade secret refers to a closely guarded practice or formula that is adopted by a company to manufacture their products. Extra effort and special care is taken to ensure that this secret is not made known to either the public or the company’s competitors.

In this case, the company has maintained the drink for the widely preferred Coke for a really long time. It is believed that no other company has retained a trade secret for such a long time so far. This is the reason for the success of the Coca Cola company.
