Coca Cola has the record for keeping their Intellectual Property of the Coca Cola recipe a secret for the longest time in the world. Even's Pepsi's recipe was different and they did not exactly copy Coca Coal. However, in terms of Intellectual Property, the recipe is known as a 'Trade Secret'
This is not like a trademark, which it also has, or a Patent, which it bought out a few in the past
