The cloth required for stitching a school uniform shirt =1m and 80cm=180cm  [by simple unit conversion]

Total cloth we have with us= 14m=1400cm

Number of shirts that can be stitched =  (1400cm/180cm) shirts

                                                              =  7 shirts can be made and 1m and 40cm cloth is                left
