Answer:
Climate means a type of weather occurring for a period of time, so, for example, we take place A which is a dry area and has a hot climate, while place B, is a mountain area and has a cold climate. So, the ideas of the people will be different. In a dry area, people expect to improve the water functions etc in place A, while in place B, the people there might try to make the people living there comfortable, since it is a cold climate, they try to make products etc for that climate. Since place A is hot, people fancy wearing light clothes since it feels cool in a hot area and vice versa. Certain crops only grow in certain places depending on the climatie conditions, the soil type etc.
