Here is your answer...

Step-by-step explanation:

(x,y):(-2,3) bx+ay=11

x=-2 , y=3 -2b+3a=11

ax+by=21 -2(-2b+3a)=11×-2

-2a+3b=21 4b-6a=-22------(2)

3(-2a+3b)=21×3

-6a+9b=63-------(1)

Subtracting (1) from (2)

=} -6a+ 9b=63

=}+4b - 6a=-22

(-) (+) (+)

________________

5b = 85

=} b = 17-----(3)

=} 4b-6a = -22{From (2)}

=} 4×17 - 6a = -22{From (3)}

=} 68 = -22+6a

=} 90 = 6a

=} a = 15 b = 17
