Solution=(3,1)

So value of x=3,y=1

By substittuting x and y in the equations we can get the values of a and b

ax+by=7

a(3)+b(1)=7

3a+b=7

b=7-3a

bx+ay=5

b(3)+a(1)=5

3b+a=5

3b=5-a

b=5-a/3

b=b

7-3a=5-a/3

3(7-3a)=5-a

21-9a=5-a

-9a+a=5-21

-8a=-16

a=16/8

a=2

Substituting a=2 in b=7-3a

b=7-3(2)

b=7-6

b=1

Therefore a=2,b=1
