Answer:

Let the cost of bats be - Rs x

let the cost of the balls be- Rs y

Situation 1:(given)

No of all bats- 3

No of balls- 6

Cost of these- rs. 3900

Situation 2:(given)

No of bats- 1

No of balls- 3

thus,

The linear equation of situation one can be presented as

3x+6y=3900

3×100+6×600=3900

300+3600=3900.......eq 1 x y

3×300+6×500=3900 100 600

900+3000=3900........eq 2 300 500

The linear equation for situation 2:

1x+3y=1300

1×100+3×400=1300 x y

100+1200=1300

1300=1300........eq 3 100 400

1x400+3×300=1300 400 300

400+900=1300

1300=1300.......eq 4

No we have to represent these points present in the x and y, graphically by plotting it accordingly in the graph paper.

Hope this helps!
