▩ Solution :-

\sf →{x}^{2} - {5a}^{2}

We know that,

A coefficient is any constant or numerical term that is in front of one or more variables is defined as a fixed number that is multiplied to a variable.

Hence the coefficient of:

  • x² is 1 as 1 multiple by x² gives x²
  • a² is 5 as it comes before a²
