firstly do the expansion of the expression as (a-b) cube identity then simplify it
then you can get the coefficient of y square

(3y)³ - (4)³ - 3(4y)²(4) + 3(4y)(4)²
= 27y³ - 64 - 48y² + 192y

Coefficient of y² = - 48.
