THE COHESIVE FORCE OF A LIQUID IS MORE THAN THE ADHESIVE FORCE BETWEEN GLASS AND LIQUID MOLECULES. WILL THE LIQUID WET THE GLASS SURFACE OR NOT..

no it will not wet the glass

if cohesive forces (BTW the liquid) are more than adhesive forces then the liquid will not stick to the glass. such a liquid is mercury.
